Pérez Veros Rosé: This wine is bled from the Tempranillo grape and fermented slowly, at 17 ⁰C, to maintain and highlight all the freshness and fruitiness of the variety.

A lively, bright violet pink in colour, On the nose, there is a high concentration of red berry aromas (cherry, strawberry and raspberry), with light floral depths (violet and rose), and on the palate it is fresh, intense and very fruity.
We recommend consuming it at a temperature of between 7 ⁰C and 10 ⁰C. It pairs very well with fish, white meat, vegetables and rice dishes, and as an aperitif with cheese and cured meats.
